Shipping Policy
Is there a same day shipping cutoff?
Most of our packages are able to ship same day, however during busy times such as sales this is not a guarantee. We guarantee your package will ship within 48hrs (business days) from the day of placement. If there is an exception to this we will try to contact you to see how you’d like to proceed with the order. The orders that take the longest are typically larger capsule orders because all capsules are hand made by us in-house.
Shipping Days
Packages are brought to UPS and USPS every day Monday through Friday. Shipping out on Saturday is not typical but may happen occassionally. If an order is made Friday night, it will likely ship out the following Monday. Please plan your orders accordingly.
We are a small business.
This is a small crew working very hard to get your packages out as fast as possible. Like you, we don’t want packages sitting around. We’d rather see you get them as fast as possible. However we do hope you are understanding this isn’t an on-demand service. Our motto is quality over quantity, so everything is packed to order. Caps are made in-house. Blends, enhanced blends, etc are all done here. Tablets are pressed here. Liquids are made here. We are one of the ONLY vendors in the industry that can make this claim. But all of these things take time. Our processes are constantly improving and we aim to one day make insane guarantees everything will ship in 5 minutes (joke), but that is the level of service we’d like to provide. Until then we will work as hard as possible delivering you the best we can, and hope that if there is an issue or things aren’t moving as fast as you like we can have a reasonable conversation about it and get everything settled to satisfaction.
