Do you know why Grandma's cooking is always so dang good? She puts her heart into it. She could hand you the recipe to recreate but it's just not the same. Gram's got that magic touch (and some extra butter). At grandma's house there's no drama. All are welcome anytime. It's a truly happy and healing place. Family congregates around her, and she's the glue that holds it all together. The secret ingredient isn't an actual ingredient. It's a feeling. That feeling is love, gratitude, and community.
But wait, what does Grandma's stuffing on Thanksgiving have to do with anything?
At That One Place, we love what we do. We love helping others. We put our heart into serving the community and bringing people together. Our aim is to incorporate that extra sprinkle of magic into the services we provide. When you take a sip of our drinks and feel like you're at grandma's house on Christmas taking the first delicious bite that makes your face melt, then we've done our job right.
Each and every person that walks through our doors is treated as an individual. This practice allows for service to be completely personalized. No two people will ever be the same. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment that fosters great experiences. The term "customer" seems too impersonal. At That One Place, everybody is family. If you are dissatisfied for any reason it will be made right. No "if's", "and's", or "but's" about it. A real 100% satisfaction guarantee.
All of That One Place's coffee, tea, herbs, spices, oils, cocoa, sugar, and kratom are sustainably sourced organic materials and will forever stay that way. Every drop of honey used for drinks is sourced locally (raw and unprocessed). Many of our drink offerings are sugar and artificial sweetener free (of course, without compromising any flavor). We grind to order and hand press all coffee for fresh taste and reduced emissions. No coffee grounds or tea leaves go to waste. Used grounds and leaves are saved and distributed to local mushroom/farm operations to be composted into new plant growth. Even our hand soap is all natural. Healthy or sugar free options are usually synonymous with bland or bad flavored. However, through constant experimentation and research, we have created quite a few tasty recipes that will blow your mind. The best part? Everything is designed to be affordable. People shouldn't have to consider financing their morning brew in order to be healthy.
Mother nature gives us many gifts. In our opinion, kratom has to be one of the best.
