5x20g Price Changes:

  • Price of 5x20g Sampler is moving from $12 to $17. There will be a 1 time use coupon for new customers to order them at the $12 price. There were a bunch of orders coming in with 2, 3, 4, or even 5 of these samplers  in a single order. All bags are packed fresh, meaning for a $40-$60 order we could be packing 20 or 30 little bags. This is super inefficient. It can cause other orders to be delayed because of the sheer amount of time it takes to get these tedious sample orders completed. Plus, we like to include samples with regular orders (except for sample orders) so it puts us in a weird spot where there’s literally nothing left to sample because somebody just 20g bagged our whole inventory. We don’t want to get rid of the 5x20g or deny new customers the opportunity to try our product, but it seems like the offer is being abused and to serve you better/faster something has to be done to discourage purchases of tons of sample packs at a time.

What kratom am I using?

A quick word about me- I like greens during the day and powerful non-fermented reds at night. I’m high energy and could use to be taken down a few notches for optimum performance so whites aren’t typically super compatible. 

Lately, I’ve been rotating between a custom blend I call “Green Green” which is a euphoric and energetic focus machine. I combined the Wild Green Aceh with Royal Green Borneo. Mmmmm it’s so good. Perfect for my needs right now during the chaotic, stressful and busy holiday season. A friend of mine says it’s his choice blend for 3rd shifts. The other strain I can’t help but keep coming back to at the moment is Green Elephant. It’s a bit heavier than most of the greens I use for work but it makes me feel like a million bucks so it’s hard to stay away from, I just have to be mindful of the dosage. 

At night I was using my off-menu insomnia blend for a few months. However, as everybody does, I’ll rotate it out to keep things fresh. My current go-to for bedtime bliss is Super Snooze or a close variation of it. Dear lord… after a few month break from this blend, it felt like the first time all over again. It’s the type of blend that gets me in trouble because I’ll fall asleep right there on the couch instead of going to bed with my wife. Definitely recommend.

My wife takes care of our 2 young kiddos while I manage the business. Needless to say she needs gratuitous amounts of extra energy. Her favorites include Lightning, Super White MD, and one of our new test strains (will keep you updated on that one). When she’s wanting a little extra euphoria the Wild Yellow Banja, Dreamcatcher (she made this blend), and ICBINX generally do the trick. At night, she trusts my judgement in sleep blends, because I have trouble sleeping and design one punch knockouts.

We have built and released the BETA version of https://findmyalkaloids.com. There are still quirks and things that will inevitably grow and change… but currently it is an uncensored platform designed to connect our botanical community together without the threat of being shut down. We are working on getting more people and vendors to hop on every day. The holiday season has kept everybody busy, but after it’s over we’ll have much more time to launch this into the stratosphere. You’re welcome to create an account and poke around. Let us know what you think! You can post your thoughts and reviews, request and keep track of your friends, react and comment, start a forum, private message, and much more. The functionality is similar to Facebook, but we don’t harvest your data, there’s NO paid advertising, and nobody has to fear being censored. Most importantly – no drama. It won’t be tolerated.

Reddit has neutered and shut down multiple of our favorite subs. Not to mention the salty dogs that landed us a ban (long story). Facebook censors and bans EVERYTHING. MeWe sucks. X isn’t much better. Discord is very useful but is also super fast paced and tons of stuff can get muddled or lost in the sauce. DoubleM has been a great resource, but the interface hasn’t been updated since the stone age, it is confusing as all hell to navigate, cluttered, and doesn’t look to be improving any time soon despite collecting thousands over the years from vendors paying to get top spots on the forums. No platform is going to be perfect, including ours. But since it feels like there’s no comprehensive solution let’s take the good things from each one of these platforms and put them together for the ultimate botanical oriented social media platform.

Unfortunately this was a one-off extract that we cannot get again. So, for now, it’s goodbye for good. This means the TOP Speed 75mg caps, Zaps 30mg, and privately sold Satori capsules are done as well. They will all be removed form the site soon.

New Formulations Coming!

With the Mars Dust gone, we are testing new formulations to replace the 4 products that contained that beautiful 40% extract. Some promising candidates:

  • “Snake Bite” blend containing “The Juice” with a perfect balance of Green Viper 30%. The debate is currently whether to do a 2x blend like the Hornet and UGLY – or to utilize it for a 30mg cap to replace the Zaps. 
 
  •  Satori 2.0 – Using either the Athena 45% or Green Viper 30%. Updates will be coming on which will ultimately be better. The Athena extract is amazing, but would make the capsules a higher price than they were previously, whereas the Viper is very good- but the MIT percentage may throw the formula off. If we can solve the formula balance the Viper will allow us to retain the normal pricing structure on the Satori caps. (private sales only, not offered on website)
 
  • Temporary name: KTS or “Kiss the Sky” – 75mg MIT capsules with a stellar green powder blended with our premium Athena 45% Extract. They won’t be quite as affordable as the TOP Speed 75mg, but experience-wise they’ll be very difficult to compete with. 

New Salt Extracts on the Way

A 50% salt extract has cleared the test rounds and we are working a deal up to get it in stock. Should be coming by early next year (about a month). Another 45% is incoming to be put through the ringer by our test groups. This also means new salt liquids!

What’s so special about salts?

In short, they are more purified in nature, soluble (in the right conditions), and highly bioavailable. They tend to hit quickly, have a very clean and pure feeling that can feel toward the mid to energetic side.

For the Nerds...

What makes it a salt?

All of our current extracts, and most kratom extracts in general are what are referred to loosely as “Free Base”. This means all of the alkaloids are in their raw and pure form. Salts are similar, but are generally only higher percentage (45%+) and go through a slightly different process. A great analogy to explain this is magnesium. This mineral in elemental form is hard to come by and can’t be processed very well when consumed. So it is chelated (bonded) with something else to create a form that is easier for our bodies to break down and utilize. Common forms we are all  familiar with are Magnesium Citrate, Taurate, and Glycinate. Which is the elemental form of magnesium bonded with Citric acid, Taurine, or Glycine.

A salt extract is a more purified set of kratom alkaloids that can be completely soluble in water. However, what many vendors fail to mention when claiming “water soluble” is that they will ONLY dissolve in an acidic environment. For example: you dissolve citric acid in water, and then your previously insoluble salt extract will now dissolve in the water too. The kratom alkaloids bind with the acids to create a salt, which is highly bioavailable. Our bodies require electrolytes (salts) and there are many efficient channels for utilization. In this example the salt is Mitragynine Citrate. If you use Malic Acid it would be Malate. You could use soda, and it would be carbonate (carbonic acid). Tons of drinks use some sort of acid as a natural preservative so it would be very easy to add your dose to a favorite drink and enjoy!

  • Extract Tablets – Made in-house with precision, we’ll be able to provide extract tablets with better quality, more variety, and better pricing than anywhere else. They are a fast acting convenient and flexible solution for many kratom consumers.
  •  Custom Printed Bags – We’ve been brainstorming the perfect designs for new custom bags. The current ones have been great, but it would be even better to put some aesthetic flavor to our products. 
  • VIP Memberships & Subscription Boxes – Monthly memberships will give qualified customers VIP access to certain discounts, products and features. The subscription boxes will be specially designed packages of all your favorites in one low monthly cost, delivered like clockwork to your door right when you need it.
  •  findmyalkaloids.com Social Media for Kratom – The social media site is beautiful and functional… but far from completed. Lots of work will be going into it to make it absolutely awesome. Your feedback will be vital to getting it where it needs to be.
  • Bi-Weekly & Monthly Giveaways / Community Events – We will be hosting lots of events on findmyalkaloids.com and on the discord to bring the community together and reward our followers. Join the discord and signup on findmyalkaloids to have your chance of winning!
  • Affiliate & Wholesale Opportunities – Our referral program gives 5,000 points for the person who refers, and 2,000 for the person being referred. There have been multiple content creators that already enjoy and promote our products, we thought there should be a program to incentivize sharing. Little do many people know we supply some vendors. The next stage is getting better products in some local smoke shop shelves, so the unsuspecting public doesn’t have to deal with gouged pricing and sub par quality from commercial brands who don’t give a rat’s ass. If you have relationships with your local smoke shops and can pass us the opportunity to supply our products, you can get paid for it without having to do any of the work.
  • Blogging, Content & Regular Updates – As a small business I’ve ran this as a one man band, with limited help, for a LONG time. 80-100hr weeks, no days off, lots of sacrifices. This website? I built it. This blog- I wrote and designed it. The thousands of capsules being ordered? I make them. In order to keep up with demand things like updates and making content has fallen through the cracks. I’m revamping everything from the team to our processes for more efficiency so I can continue to make free educational content and provide you guys with updates 🙂 the updates will be coming in the form of these blog posts so everybody can easily access them. I might even get some time off too!
