Description

This was an unexpected batch of powder… We were supposed to be sent more Tiger Lily but it was sold out so a replacement was given. At first we couldn’t get a read on it. The test groups weren’t sure what to think either so we locked it up and put it away for a minute because the holiday rushes were consuming all our focus. It ended up being sent out on a 2nd round of testers and sold to several individuals. EVERY review came back glowing. Saying this was an exquisite extract, highly euphoric, and very energetic. So it may not be the Tiger Lily we were hoping for, but it seems to be an energetic cousin, the “Daylily”, which is also suiting of the beautiful golden aesthetic. With 7-OH testing at 81.95% and MIT at 0.25% this powder packs a wallop. Please be mindful of 7-OH usage, it is extremely powerful. Sold in quantities of 1g

Another reason we were hesitant to release this batch was the solvents weren’t quite as clean as we like. After multiple discussions with the lab and careful review of the reports we were assured the levels of solvents contained inside the extract relative to the doses being taken should be completely safe. We do feel it important to be transparent though. This extract gives off normal smells and tastes, no chemical indications.

Full Solvent Breakdown (Please do your own research as well):

Methanol: 7128ppm / 5000ppm –> Methanol is created as a byproduct of Mitragynine conversion. It will be unavoidable in 7-OH extracts. There’s methanol in food, alcoholic beverages, and everywhere. Our bodies can handle these trace amounts with no problems. You’d have to drink 2-8oz of pure methanol to get toxic and potentially lethal effects which would be over 3000x the amount contained in 1g of this powder. In such small doses of 20mg, the methanol content should be a loooong long ways away from dangerous.

Isopropanol: 40.9ppm / 5000ppm –> An alcohol used for cleaning, extractions, and a variety of things. Evaporates very quickly. Otherwise known as isopropyl alcohol. In order to get to potentially damaging amounts you’d have to consume in the arena of 1,000,000 grams (1,000kg or over 1 ton) of this powder at once. Which is impossible.

Methylene Chloride: 0.8ppm / 1ppm –> An organochlorine compound commonly used in decaffeinating coffee. It is a potential carcinogen so it is recommended to not have it at all or at the lowest possible levels. However, companies who use it to decaffeinate don’t have to disclose they use this chemical. Won’t get into how shady that is, but in the context of this extract it’s essentially nonexistent.

Ethyl Acetate: 166.7ppm / 5000ppm –> Organic fluid with a wide use of applications. Resembles the smell of nail polish remover, very identifiable. It is essential in the process of 7-OH extraction and is widely accepted as a safe solvent. A bottle of wine contains as much Ethyl Acetate as 180g of this powder does all put together. Of course in high doses Ethyl Acetate can be toxic but in these circumstances it doesn’t appear to be anything to worry about.

Benzene: 1.2ppm / 1ppm –> A known carcinogen, unfortunately necessary for many things like plastics, lubricants, dyes, resins, synthetic fibers, and MANY industrial and consumer applications. The limit of 1ppm especially for consumables is to essentially say this product has no benzene in it. At 1.2ppm it technically fails but a fart in the wind would probably influence numbers these small. A typical cigarette smoker inhales about 2mg of benzene per day which is equivalent to the amount contained in about 2kg of this powder. 0ppm Would be a better number but smokers are still alive all these years and that’s 2,000x the amount in 1g of this powder PER DAY.

Ethylene Oxide: 584.7ppm / 1ppm –> Used for manufacturing and sterilizing equipment (like hospitals), and as a pesticide / fungicide. As a GAS this chemical is indeed dangerous and should be avoided for fear of ill effects. It is used as a pesticide on sesame seeds, guar gum, nuts, seeds, spices and many other products in the US, Canada, and India. Many companies are phasing it out because of the issues it can cause workers spraying it everywhere, and potentially the consumers. However we have encountered it A LOT in our foods over the years. In small doses such as are taken with 7-OH extract there is no immediate threat. 50% of the content is expelled from the body within 60min and all should be gone by 1-2 days up to a week. A toxic dose would be 160,000 grams worth from this extract. A potentially lethal dose would be 1,600,000g or 1,600kg. Even toxic chemical buildup does not appear to be a concern in these circumstances.

Chloroform: 7ppm / 1ppm –> An organochlorine used for a variety of purposes but especially as a solvent for its efficacy. Chloroform is toxic to humans, but a potentially toxic dose would be roughly 7.5g of PURE chloroform and the average lethal dose would be about 45g PURE chloroform. That would require over 1,000,000g of this extract to be toxic and around 6,500,000g to be lethal. Although strict standards consider this a “fail”, it is not an amount that will pose any threat especially when the small dose size is considered.

1-2-Dichloroethane: 1.4ppm / 1ppm –> A potent solvent used commonly for industrial applications, and for various other things like making PVC. It is toxic to humans which is why the limit is just 1ppm. Limits are actually up to 300ppm for other food products, considering the packaging may contain it or is required for extraction. Another chemical that is dangerous mainly as a gas (inhalation) and also to consume but the amount of this compound required to start producing detrimental effects would require consuming at least 5kg of this extract a day and a lethal dose would be closer to 50kg a day.

Obviously these results are not ideal for TOP standards, hence the transparency and long breakdown of the solvents for you to make an informed decision. In our opinion and research, it would require unfathomable amounts of this extract to be damaging. The facilities producing this extract have state of the art equipment and they are very adamant about providing clean products that will not cause consumer damage. Many companies selling 7-OH are not disclosing this information, lots of people have been no doubt consuming harsher solvents at higher levels. We’d like to start a trend of transparency and proper education in the industry.

WARNING: You NEED to have a calibrated milligram scale and calculate proper doses. We will provide a calculator to aid with this. Some experimentation will be required for your individual chemistry, so start small! It may be habit and/or dependence forming. When used irresponsibly it may cause your tolerance to kratom alkaloids to increase, making kratom powder or other extracts less effective at your previously “normal” doses. If you have an addictive personality or current/previous abuse issues with substances it may be best to steer clear of something this powerful.

    It's fast.

Incredible mood lift and a pick me up kind of 7oh extract, the first of it’s kind I’ve ever had. Mixed with a salt MIT extract it is incredible.
