How to make an order for pickup:
We are setup to ship orders, however are open for pickup as well. Here are a few pointers to make your experience easy.
- Non 7-OH items can be purchased on this website with any major credit or debit card or BTC. Select the “Pick Up” shipping option. Make sure to enter a valid phone number because we’ll text when it is ready
- For 7-OH you must go to That Other Place. The site is almost identical, except it has everything PLUS our 7-OH products and a few others. Card processors do not like 7-OH, so That Other Place website does NOT accept cards. Payment options include Pay In-Store, Zelle, BTC, and we can accept Chime as well.
- Pickup hours 12PM-8PM Mon-Fri, sometimes Saturday evening is available but it is not guaranteed.
- Your order will not always be ready immediately. We have hundreds of orders that ship all over the USA. Walk-Ins / Immediate / On-Demand pick ups during peak hours (12PM-5PM) will be subject to a surcharge because it interrupts our workflow, and is unfair to those who planned ahead and already placed their orders. There is no surcharge to pickup during these hours if we have notified the order is completed. It is safe to assume all pickup orders will be ready after 5PM if you don’t receive a text for some reason.
- If you do not make a note, or make the proper selections during checkout (for a pickup order) we will assume the order needs shipped. If the order has already been shipped, and you come to pick up- you’ll have to pay for another order and/or wait to receive it from the mail carrier (unless the mistake was our fault).
- Items do not leave the store without verified payment in full. No exceptions.
