Fresh Roasted locally every Wednesday morning. All roasts are fair trade and organic. Coffee orders submitted Wednesday, Thursday Friday, etc will not ship until the following Wednesday. All orders for coffee are due by Tuesday night. Whole bean preserves maximum freshness but leaves the duty of optimal grinding up to you.
Light Roast: Superb fruity aromatic flavors and unbelievablly smooth drinking. Excellent for Lattes and contains 70% more caffeine than your average cup of Joe.
Medium Roast: This delectable blend was designed from the literal ground up to make the perfect cup of coffee. The finest balance of velvety chocolate textures with a hint of acidity. Can’t describe how good it is, you’ll just have to see for yourself. It’s the definition of a smooth drinking coffee. Excellent black, in a latte, pretty much anywhere.
Dark Roast: This blend in particular has a bold “coffee” taste and a very low acidic content. The lower acidity is theorized by our artisan roaster to aid with the indigestion and/or stomach problems some people experience when drinking coffee. Dark roasts are naturally lower in caffeine due to the cook time.
Decaf: These beans had the caffeine removed via the swiss water method, which means 0 chemicals were used. Decaf will still contain a small amount of caffeine but about 90%+ is removed. Usually decaf coffee tastes like weak bitter butthole, but this one is stellar. Full of bold flavor, these Peruvian delights make a perfect sipping coffee.
